JDL Consultants Limited is a medium sized Civil and Structural Consulting Engineering practice established in 2001 with a depth of engineering knowledge and experience across the construction spectrum.
Each of our projects, from retail developments, to schools, hospitals and medical centres, sports centres and listed or specialist buildings, is approached as unique and assessed from first principles to establish any alternative approaches based on our considerable and wide experience, that would provide more cost-effective and innovative designs.
We have extensive experience when it comes to smaller domestic and residential projects from loft and house extensions and basements, to wall removal between rooms and structural surveys.
In addition, we have had considerable involvement in expert witness works – for a variety of different claims, acting for both defence and prosecuting solicitors, including personal injury claims and claims relating to water ingress through basement areas.
We carry out a temporary works service that encompasses temporary works designs and Category 2 and 3 checks on scaffold structures. We have experience on both Network Rail and London Underground projects.
